Abdomen ultrasound revealed a left kid mass of 4cm, echo poor, hypovascular with the border edema (4 images B/W, CDI, PDI).
MSCT with CE (2 images).
This case had been treated as a kidney abscess case by antibiotic. Patient checked out hospital and review after one week.

I think, This is Abcess of the left kidney.
